BETA SOFTWARE NOTICE

Snolly is currently in BETA testing. This means:

  • The Service may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior
  • Features may change or be removed without notice
  • The Service may be unavailable at times
  • You use this Service entirely at your own risk
  • You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated code before using it
  • You are responsible for ensuring your ServiceNow credentials and data are handled according to your organization's policies

DO NOT use Snolly in production ServiceNow environments without thorough testing. By using this beta software, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Snolly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Snolly is an AI-powered web application designed for ServiceNow developers. The Service operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model and provides:

  • Context capture from ServiceNow instances
  • AI-powered assistance via the best available models on OpenRouter
  • Code generation and troubleshooting support
  • Real-time integration with ServiceNow

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. API Keys and Credentials

You are responsible for providing and managing your own API keys for third-party services (Claude/OpenAI) and ServiceNow credentials. You agree to:

  • Use valid and authorized API keys and credentials
  • Comply with the terms of service of third-party providers (OpenRouter, ServiceNow)
  • Monitor and manage your API usage and costs
  • Understand that we are not responsible for charges incurred from third-party services

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others

6. Pricing and API Costs (BYOK)

Snolly operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. During the beta period, the Snolly platform is completely free to use with no usage limits.

You are responsible for all costs from third-party AI providers. When you use Snolly, your prompts are sent to the AI provider via your OpenRouter API key. You pay the provider directly for the tokens consumed. Snolly does not add any markup to these costs.

We reserve the right to introduce optional paid tiers with additional features in the future. Beta testers will be notified well in advance of any changes.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

Snolly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to any code, data, or content you create using the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to process your requests and provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

AI Disclosure (EU AI Act, Article 50): Snolly uses artificial intelligence (large language models) to generate responses, code, and recommendations. All outputs are AI-generated and should be treated as suggestions, not authoritative instructions.

AI-generated code and responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or advice before using it in production environments. Snolly does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

8.3 ServiceNow Access

We are not responsible for any changes, deletions, or damages to your ServiceNow instance. Always review actions before executing them.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
  • Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
