Everything you need to know about Snolly, pricing, and data handling.
Yes. Snolly uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You provide your own OpenRouter API key to choose from the best available models. This means you pay the AI provider directly for the tokens you use, and we never mark up your API costs.
Snolly itself is completely free during beta. There are no usage limits, no subscription fees, and no hidden costs. The only expense is what you pay your AI provider via OpenRouter for the tokens your conversations consume.
OpenRouter is a unified API gateway that gives you access to 100+ AI models (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, Llama, and more) with a single API key. It lets you choose the best model for each task and often offers competitive pricing. You can get a key at openrouter.ai.
Through OpenRouter, you can access all the best available models including Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4 (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Llama (Meta), and many more. OpenRouter gives you a single API key to access them all.
Your ServiceNow credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored. We support both Basic Auth and OAuth 2.0. With OAuth, short-lived tokens are used and automatically refreshed. We never store raw passwords.
Conversation history is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to our servers. We do not store any ServiceNow data content. Only anonymized usage analytics (request counts, error logs) are collected, retained for 90 days.
Yes. Snolly supports multiple instances (DEV, TEST, PROD). You can quick-switch between them in the chat interface. Each instance has its own credentials and configuration.
Code Mode allows Snolly to execute scripts directly on your ServiceNow instance via a Scripted REST API. It requires admin access and must be explicitly enabled per instance. All executions are logged and rate-limited for safety.
We are committed to GDPR compliance. We collect minimal data (email for auth, anonymized analytics), provide data export and deletion capabilities, use encryption for all sensitive data, and employ no third-party tracking or advertising services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. You can delete your account directly from the Settings page using the "Delete My Account" button. You can also export all your data (server-side and client-side) as JSON from the same page. For assistance, contact support@snolly-ai.com.
We may introduce optional paid tiers with additional features (team collaboration, persistent cloud history, priority support) in the future. Beta users will be notified well in advance. The BYOK model means your core AI costs stay with you regardless.
Snolly works in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
